Add column to inbox view

Hello,
in my Outlook 2007 I can add column to inbox view (in personal folders):
business phone. Most users in my global address list have this phone number
but in my Inbox this number doesn’t show. Question is why?

I don't see how you can add a phone number to the Inbox, since phone number
is a contact attribute, not a mail attribute.

Go to Veiw/Current View/Customize Current View click Fields button and
select all contact fields to choose phone numbers. Can this phone number be
select from GAL according to From field?

Not that I'm aware. Email messages don't have phone numbers associated with
them, as I said, and there is no cross reference to the Contacts or GAL for
entries in the sender/receipient fields.
