Add criteria to database results referencing today's date

Hello,

I need to add a criteria to a database results region that only picks
database items where a date field is greater than today. I can filter
the "Date" criteria and pick "Is Greater Than" but don't know how to
express today's date in the Value Field.

Can you please help.
