Add custom template to start-up drawing type page

I would like to add a template I created to one of the categories in the
drawing type section that appears when visio is started up. Is this possible?
I am using Visio 2003.

My Visio skills aren't as strong as I'd like so I'm not sure if you can. Ask
in one of the Visio specific newsgroups. (I don't think you can but check
with them to make sure.)
