Add custom tool tip to a Point in Scatter chart using VBA

Hi all,

I would like to add a different custom tool tip for each Point item i
a Scatter chart. The default tool tip is displayed in the attachment.

When mouse is moved over points different tool tip should be displayed
How can I do this using excel VBA
