Add date next to day name in outlook today calendar listing

[get.in.the.game]

how do i add the date next to day name in outlook today calendar listing. it
currently has just the day name (eg Tuesday) but we would like it to have
both the day name and date (eg Tuesday, October 1, 2004)for each entry listed.
