add delegate button is unavailable in outlook 2003

I Have an exchange mailbox and mail is working ok and the delegate add in is
installed. This is all the help I could find in the Knowledge database. But
on 6 PC's on my network the add delegate button is available but on 1 of them
the add delegate button is unavailable. Mail is working OK and all other
feature seam ok. Why is one of my Outlook 2003 delegate buttons not working?
Please Help.
