add dictionary featr for synonymous words while composing a mail

I am on windows XP.
While composing a mail if i need a synonym ( other equivallent word) to type
, I think currently we do not have this feature available.
Please add one.
Also I do not see auto spell correction as I type the word is available or
NOT.
