Add documents to global template

When i create a new site i want to have their some standard word documents
in Documents under shared documents

No, I am talking about Project web access 2003.
I need to add documents to Enterprise Global template.
When i create workspace for new project i want to have their some standard
documents in word format, .zip, .....
