ADD EXTRA REPORT HEADER

I am looking at a report in design view that I did not create.

It has:
Report Header and Footer sections
Page Header and Footer sections
Detail section

These are what I'm used to seeing in Access reports. However, this report
has an extra header section underneath the Page Header section. How does one
add an extra header section?

Use the Sorting and Grouping dialog to create additional group sections.

It could possibly be a group header whose RepeatSection property is set to
True. This causes a group header to be printed not only at the start of a
group, but also at the top of the page, below the page header, if the group
continues onto one or more subsequent pages.

However, you make no mention of seeing a group header in design view.
