Add fields in Address and phone/fax/mobile...

Hello,
I need to add some fields in the phone and address
information that would appear in the selection of
the "general page" (not in User defined fields in the "all
fields" page).
Example: Other 2, 3, 4... in the telephone section
Address Other 2, 3, 4 in the address section

Is it possible?
