Add Form to access?

How do I add an existing Government Form to access? That way my data can be
printed on the government form.

I guess you could create a report and position the various data to print on
the form if it is placed in the printer, but that could be very tedious.
You'd want to measuer out the various fields on the form and then use those
measurements when placing the data on your report.

This is assuming that you will have blank forms available to slide in your
printer, and all you want to do is fill in the blanks.
