Add From Outlook in Sales Pipeline template

HI,

I have downloaded Sales Pipeline template (that looks perfect for me) and
tried to use the Add From Template button in the Customers form and nothing
happens. I have hunted high & low for some documentation on this - as an
embedded macro, a built-in marcro, etc. - and can find nothing.

Can anyone suggest why this button isn't working. Is it a Trust thing or
maybe I need a Sharepoint server. I just don't know.

Any help appreciated.
