Add full "drawing" functionality into OneNote

When using OneNote 2003, the software does not have the same 'drawing'
functions that the other Microsoft apps have. Since users, like me, that are
not using OneNote on a tablet pc, can not truly access those drawing features
without a pen. Including the normal drawing features into OneNote for non
tablet pc users would be a great add in.

try them out in the more widely available Beta2 shipping in the Spring.
