Add 'full justify like Word Perfect for Windows' into Publisher

Microsft Word has the option of 'Do full justify like Word Perfect for
Windows'. And this is (in my opinion) better than the standard Publisher
justify. Of course, you can import your text from Word, but it doesn't seem
to maintain the 'Word Perfect' justify option. We really need something in
Publisher to compete with Adobe InDesign's 'paragraph creator'. The standard
Publisher justify is not good enough for book layout.

From your WP document do a copy and paste in Publisher. This will keep
the justification.
