Hi
I have created postcards (129 - 43 sheets in sets of 3) using Word
mail merge and an Excel data scource. The data is all text
I would like to add a graphic to each card
How & when do I do that please?

Using Office 2003

Thank you once again Mary
I'm still using word - sorry
Most of my cards have 4 lines of text with a graphic bottom left, on
the odd one that has 5 lines, it throws my graphic partially of the
card. Would you know how to stop this happening please

Not sure, but if I had to guess it would have to do with your printer's margin
limitations. Open WordPad, in page setup type zero in all the margin boxes,
WordPad will default to your printer's margin limitation.
I'm not savvy to postcards that print three per page. What size are the cards?

The cards are 5.5" W x 3.5" H and come three in a sheet (perferated)
I got them at my local post office (I'm in the UK)
So I set my paper size to 5.5" wide x 10.5" high portrait
In Word page setup I set all my margins to '0' - ok - ignore

I reduced the graphic size and moved it up the card slightly and it
seems to be staying on the card now, even with the 5 lines of text
I'm not sure if I can replicate this again without trial and error
when I come to do this again next year.!!
