Add header/Footer button to tool bar

Can anyone tell me how I can add the header/footer button to my standard tool
bar? I knwo I can get this option fron the View mwnue and I can drag off the
header/footer tool bar but I want a permanent solution.

We are using Office XP and Offic e 2003

Tools/Customize.
Select the Commands tab. In the Categories, select View. Scroll down in
the Commands on the right till you find Header & Footer (it's way towards
the bottom in W2k3). Click and drag that entry up onto whichever toolbar
you want it, place it where you want it.

It's that easy!
