Product: Outlook 2003.
I'd like to be able to keep all of my completed tasks AND I'd like to be
able to use all of the different task views without seeing the completed
tasks.
Right now, unless I delete my completed tasks, the only task view that's of
use is the "Active Tasks." (Once you have more than a handful of completed
tasks in a list, they clutter the list and make it harder to see which items
still need to be worked on.)
My suggestion is this: create a task list setting that allows people to hide
all completed tasks from all of the task views (except the Completed Task
view, of course). This would make all of the task views much more usable.
