Add-in deployment on terminal server

Hi!
Would like to deploy outlook and word 2003 add-in in my Citrix Terminal
server farm.
Office 2003 is locally installed on all TS.
Only some users should be able to get the add-in (AD group).

How to solve this when add-in is installed on TS, office 2003 being used by
users that should NOT have add-in and users that should have it?
Group Policy?

That sounds the most appropriate if you want to limit who uses the addin.

Can someone help me point out how to do this?
Today I have a msi file including dll's, maifest files and registry settings.
Installing this msi, add-in interact with office and all users gets the
add-in.
I can take files and reg settings out of the msi file, but on a Terminal
Server I still don’t understand where to put the files and reg.settings And
also, at the end, only being used by users in AD group .

Sorry, I have no experience at all in creating or deploying group policies.
That's not something a developer has much to do with. I'd suggest posting in
an Exchange administrative group about that.
