Add-in errors

I just installed Excel 97 with windows 2KNT and installed the add-ins. When I turn the add-ins on, I get errors. With the auto save add-in on, I get "Compile error in hidden module: NT Reg Code". When I go into VBE to check the code, the add-in is password protected. I did not protect anything when installing. I did have Excel 97 on this machine before I had to run recovery disk for other issues with all of the disc add-ins (worked fine).
Any help would be appreciated!
