Add-in form doesn't accept Keyboard input C#

Hi,

I have developed a add-in for excel using C#. I am displaying a form with
serveral textboxes when the user invokes the add-in. when the form is
displayed as modelless and if the user inputs in textbox..the values goes to
excel cell...not the textbox...when the form is model dialog its working
fine...i would like to display the form modeless so that the user can
interct with excel also....

Any solution???
