I've developed an add-in for Microsoft Project using Visual Studio .NET 2003.
Things were going well until recently, when I found out that the Installer
generated by Visual Studio doesn't work.
Actually, it works fine when I install it in the same machine in which I
compiled the code and the installer itself. But, as you can imagine, I just
can't tell the users that having Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 and
knowing how to compile an add-in solution for Microsoft Project are
pre-requisites (not to mention the trouble of giving the code away).
Now, seriously, I really need someone to shed some light on this issue, as
there has been a lot of effort put by a lot of people into the development of
this add-in during the past few months. Right now, this installer means
everything.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
