Add-in loading problem on word2007

hi all, i am develop a word addin now.

here is an addin loading problem on the word 2007 as following

i double click a .doc file to open the word window first, and the word
addin can be loaded success, then i opened another word window,
but the addin can't be displayed in the second word window.

btw: this add-in works fine on word2003.

any suggest will be appreciate!
