add-in msncon32.dll cannot be loaded and has been disabled

After i downloaded the beta of Office 2007, i cannot access my email from
either my MSN account or my hotmail account. I get the following message:
"The Add-in msncon32.dll cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook.
Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is
available, please uninstall the add-in" Has anyone else had this problem?
Any suggested solutions?
