add-in "msncon32.dll" could not be installed or loaded...

If someone could help me with this, I would greatly appreciated!

This started yesterday after removing some old temporary internet files.
Whenever I start my 2003 Outlook, I get this error message:

The add-in "msncon32.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem
may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.

I tried using Detect and Repair, but it's no help.

Did you or do you have the MSN Connector for Outlook installed?

Can you check your Add/Remove Programs list. Also, do you have an MSN
account?

I don't have access to that computer today, but I'll check tomorrow.
Yes, I do have an MSN account.
