add-in ocvextn.dll problem

Can someone tell me how I can fix the following problem:

When I open Outlook 2003 I get an error message that says: "the add-in
OCVEXTN.dll cannot be installed or loaded".

Once I click okay on the error, Outlook opens fine.

How do I get rid or fix this message?

Uncheck Lucent Voice in the add-in manager under Options-Other. Thi
error came on my machine when I tried to install VoiceMail softwar
that intergrated with Outlook at my company. When I unchecked th
newest add-in (Lucent) the error went away
