Add-In on page for a MPG file, not loading

Can someone please help me, I need to know if this is a frontpage error. I
am updating my webpage on my server which works fine, however I have added an
Add-in or plug-in to play my MPG file.

Everytime I try update now it give me a "Server Violation:??" type of error,
sorry can not remember the exact wording. So I tried simply removing the MPG
file from my site and everything updates properly, it even creates the page
that my plug-in is supposed to be on, see link
http://www.joncutler.com/picsvids101406.htm

Is this a frontpage error? It will not upload or publish my website for me
whenever this MPG file is saved in it. Can anyone explain what the problem
may be please?

Knowing the error message will help, but is the file size over 1MByte?
This could cause errors with some servers.

Sorry, I will try to remember, but I may not be able to get it until I get
home. The error says "Server Violation: ?? extension" I believe something
similar to that. The size is a 15 min video...I think its about 400mb or
so?? I thought it might be more a server problem because Frontpage works on
a preview in browser mode on my computer. My server is dotcanada.com and
they said it was a frontpage error but I did not think the guy knew what he
was talking about. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

A file that size may cause the server to time out if uploading using
HTTP. I woulf upload the file using FTP - but ONLY that file, it will
be lots faster, too. Then open the remote site in FrontPAge, and use
Tools->recalculate Hyperlinks to update the extensions meta data.

Thank you...I used my FTP site and just uploaded it that way. Not sure but I
guess the file may have been to large to upload with html/frontpage.
