Hello
I have Microsoft Outlook 2000
We use some software which uses mailto command to place an email recipient
into the To: address of your default email client program.
On a Windows 2000 Professional machine with Outlook 200 the mailto command
causes these errors:
The add-in "scrptxtn.dll" could not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
"scrptxtn.dll. you may be out of memory, out of system resources, or
missing a .dll file.
Click OK
An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information
service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and
configured.
Click OK
Nothing happens.
What is the best way to fix this problem?
