Add-In Tab / Endnote in Office Beta 2TR

After updating my beta2 version to beta 2TR the add-in tab has "dissappeared"
and no Endnote (using thomson endnote 9) functionalities are available any
longer. Add-Ins section of the word preferences shows, there are a few
add-ins activated (auch as PDF maker), while endnote is missing.
Re-Installing endnote did not solve the problem. So basically I have two
problems:

1) How do I enable the add-ins tab in the menu?
2) How do I get Endnote to work?

I believe the Add-ins tab isn't displayed unless you have selected it in the
Advanced Options.
