add-in to: handle and update exchange mailing lists?

Hi

Doesn anyone know of a sw that integrates with exchange (outlook 2000) in
order to update and manage mailinglists? I seem to be able to find several
that can import from exchange/outlook, but none so far, seem to be able to
use them "live".

I'm looking for at sw to manage mailing lists to do bulk emails, subscribe
and unsubscibe, perhaps validation of emails.

I must be clueless about what you're looking for then, because tools like DynDL and Ikakura that automate list subscriptions sound like what you're seeking.
