Add-In won't run on other machines

I created an add-in using the Office Shared add-in wizard
in VB .NET. I checked load when host application loads
and available to all users. I have 3 different machines,
all with VS .NET, Office12 and MapPoint (its a MapPoint
addin) What I am running into is the Add-in will not
install properly on any machine besides the one it is
created on.
In the host application's "Com Add-Ins" dialog the Add-
in's created on other machines are listed (though were not
added to my tools menu) "Location" is blank for Load
behavior: None.

I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
