Add Incremental Number to File Name

I saw a question regarding adding an incremental number to a file name. The
answer was provided (SaveIncrementedFilename.htm) to add the code to make the
incremental number happen. Lately, some users at my company have had this
happen sporatically ... almost like the person writing the document turned on
a feature accidentally. Could someone have set an option to have this happen
without knowing they did it? Using the code provided in
SaveIncrementedFilename.htm would you place it in ThisDocument?
