Add-in's don't add in

Glen Robinson

Hi,

I thought to switch from Outlook Express to Outlook (mostly for it's
calendering functions) and imported the emails and rules, etc. When I went
looking for the rules, there wasn't any, nor was there any Junk E-mail
folder that Outlook apparently creates automatically. I couldn't even find
the Rules Wizard in the menus.

I eventually found my way to the Add-In Manager, and found that only "Fax
Server Extension" and "Exchange Extension properties pages" appear to
Added-In. "Install" gives me a list of all the other ones that should be
added-in, including RWIZ1.ecf, however, selecting it for install, doesn't do
anything. I also checked the components installation, to make sure that
there wasn't anything in that that could cause an issue. There wasn't.

I run Outlook2002 on XP without an Exchange Server (stand alone).

HELP??

Cheers,
Glen

Do you have any mail accounts installed in Outlook 2002?
