Add-ins lost during office 2003 upgrade

We are in the middle of a company-wide office 2003 upgrade. One thing we
have noticed is that user's add-ins do not come over during the upgrade
process. Users are being upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. all
add-ins must manually be installed again once the upgrade is complete. This
is preventing us from finishing the upgrade with our bloomberg users because
of the excel add-ins. We customized the office 2003 install using the office
2003 customization wizard, and we are using the default setup behavior for
the upgrade. In addition, we are installing from a cd image and utilizing
the local installation source. Does anyone have any idea how we can have
users add-ins migrated as well when we migrate them to office 2003? Thanks.
