add ins

i have an application that creates an add in into ms project. the add in
consist of a button added to the tool bar of ms project.my problem is that
when i install the app on the developement machine the the addin load the
button , but when i install the app on a test machine (deployment machine)
the addin does not load(button not shown).

the app is written in c# using vs 2005 and microsft project 2003.
i have installed the .net 2.0 and ms project on the test machine

any help is greatly appreciated
