add invoice description in statement template

It would be nice if the statement template would include invoice xml tags to
be included if needed.

Hi Jim,

There is a statement template I know, which is quite flexible, so I think
you will be able to put extra invoice xml tags into your spreadsheet perhaps.
Otherwise, I recommend you to check out an invoice template from the very
same repository.
