Add lines and boxes to a report with VBA

I want to add a line and a box to a report from VBA.

How do I do that? (What are the VBA-statements to do so..)

You might want to consider using the Line method of the report. For instance
the following code will draw a rectangle around the detail section. This
code will not account for growth of the detail section based on Can Grow =
Yes.
