I need to add some lines to the beginning of a table of contents.
My table of contents is generated from word's built in header styles
and the built in table of contents features.
What I need to do is add three additional lines to the beginning of it
for my "list of illustrations", "list of tables", and "abstract". I
didn't use the built in heading styles for these sections because they
require a custom heading that doesn't match the heading styles,
therefore I need to put them manually into the table.
I can compute the page numbers myself. The problem is getting the
justification of my inserted lines to match the table of contents. If I
just type a bunch of periods, I don't get it justified quite right.
Thanks,
Scott
