HELP!!
I paid a designer to create my site before I knew the benefits of a
reciprocal link page. Now, I need to make a link page and publish it to my
site. I do have MS FrontPage 2003 and was told by the designer that the
program would work with how he designed the site originally. I have asked him
about the server extentions and the author permission since I have had no
success. He states that both are in effect.
I have the page ready yet, I still can not publish the page.

2nd Question:
Since he made the site originally doesn't that make him the "local" while I
am the "remote" web site?

I am so tired of all this I want to use my computer as a weight at the
bottom of the Gulf of Mexico!!

ANY help anyone can offer would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks.

In FrontPage terms, the Local site is the one you open first, and the
Remote site is the one you publish to from the local site.

FrontPage is a website editor, and works best editing and managing entire
websites.
First, (if you haven't already done this) open the live site (on the
server) and publish to a folder on your PC.
Open the site on your PC in FrontPage using "Open Remote site" in FrontPage
in Remote Site view.
Notice how the live site is the Local site since it was opened first, and
the Remote site is on your PC.

Use File->Import to bring your new links page into the web.
Either Use File->Publish to publish the web back to the server (and notice
that the local and remote roles are now reversed)
Or
Go back to the original website, find and click the new page in the right
column in Remote site view, and click the arrow in the middle to publish it
to the server.

Done.
