Add Links to a custom form

Hi,

I am creating a change management form for my organization. There will be a
lot of documentation to go along with the form (schedules, reviews, etc..).
Instead of attaching the docs to the email, I would like to attach links
instead. I propose to have a spot on the network where they would save the
files, and then from the outlook form be able to insert a link to the
location of the files, and store the link in a list box. Preferably the
users should be able to browse to the file, and insert the link that way.

I have tried to implement this, but am running into a lot of problems.

Any help would be apprecated.
