Add/Modify FTP Locations

I cannot seem to add an FTP location when saving documents in Word. The
option to do is there as per the MS instructions - but even after enterting
the ftp location ect the 'Add' button it is greyed out. Hence Word (on my PC)
will not allow me to save files to an FTP location.

Would appreciate any help you can offer.

Hi Breeze

Can you see the ftp site using Windows Explorer? If you haven't tried, open
up Windows Explorer and in the Address box, type ftp://nameofyourftpserver

If you can get access to the ftp server this way, then you could save your
Word document on your hard drive and use Windows Explorer to copy the file
from your hard drive to the ftp server.
