add more labels in outlook calendar

In Outlook 2003, I need to use more than the 10 allocated labels for calendar
entries, but I cannot find how I can add more. (we need 1 label and colour
for each member of staff)
Can this be done? If not, as I suspect, how about this option for future
editions of outlook?

No, it cannot be done in the current version and we do not know if it has
been added for the next version, which is pretty much feature complete.
