How do I add a 4th, 5th or more email addresses for a single contact?

TIA

I don't have my 2003 client in front of me but in 2000 you open the contact
and select the tab "All Fields" then in the "Select From:" drop down list
select "E-mail Fields" At the bottom of the dialog box there is a New button
and you can then name and define addtional E-mail fields for the contact.

Many thanks Gary

I've added 3 more fields for the 4th email address:-

Email4
Email4 Address Display
Email4 Type

Syntax to match the existing email fields and not necessarily as shown above
;)

But this doesn't update the drop down used to select email address in the
contact form. This still just lists email, email2 and email3.

Any ideas on how to extend the drop down too?

TIA
Hyde.

You can name new fields whatever you want, but nothing you do will turn them into email fields. The limit is three per item.

Oh :(

Can this be added to the user community wish list then?

Thanks
Hyde.
