Add New Contact-prompted for dialer info

[Looking 4 Help]

I am trying to add a new contact in Outlook 2002. If I
enter a phone number, I get a prompt that asks for some
dialer information, such as Region/Area Code/Outside
Access Code, etc. If I look at Phone & Modem Options
settings in Control Panel, these fields are all blanked
out and nothing can be added. If I only enter a contact
name and do not try to add a phone number, Outlook saves
the new contact just fine w/out any prompts. Any
suggestions? Thanks!

This has nothing to do with an Outlook setting. You forgot to set the
dialing location for your operating system.
