Add new email contacts to BCM

We have Outlook 2007 and BCM installed and working, sharing the database
between 5 of us in the office. After a short test cycle, we are now ready to
load up the contacts whcih we have extracted, cleansed and merged into excel
files.

A couple of simple questions.

When we get emails from "new" contacts who we want to save as contacts, we
typically read the email then right click on the address in teh "From" field
which diaplys a drop-down and alloews "Add to Outlook Contacts". We do not
want to use Outlook contacts, but BCM contacts. How do we acheive this ?
