Add New, then read only

Hallo,

I have a new formular.

If I add a new entry, I fill out all fields.

If I open a existing entry, some fields must set to readonly.
How can I change this problem?

If you are using Groove Forms (not InfoPath Forms), you can use scripts
to detect that it is not a new form, and modify fields properties (hide,
disable...etc)
