Add-on function for Microsoft Outlook or Office

Is there an add-on function to Microsoft Outlook or Office that track
when an email comes in, and is automatically escalated (by sending it t
another person) at a user-set time after receipt, and then escalate
again

To track an email in Outlook you can flag the message. By flagging a
Email message you can also track the replies to the message you follo
up.
To flag a sent message to remind recipients to follow-up follow th
given steps:
1. Go to the Message tabOptions group then select Follow Up
2. Click Flag for Recipients. You can set the type of flag from th
option the Flag to list Under Flag for Recipients
3. Click Ok
