Add OneNote line styles

I'd like to be able to add a new line style; so it becomes the default for
new sections. At the moment I use 'College Ruled', but this is not narrow
enough when I'm typing.

I've found 'Tight Lined' stationary that's just perfect, but if I create a
new Section, the first page I add reverts to 'College Ruled' - very annoying!
