I have hundreds of contacts, and am moving individuals to Business Contact
Manager as I go along. I sent an e-mail to one person, then realized I
should "elevate" him to Business Contact. Did so. But now that initiating
message cannot be associated as an e-mail in the Business Contact History. I
tried clicking on it in Sent items dragging and dropping it into the history
(which would, e.g., work to forward an e-mail, so is intuitive), but instead
of adding it as an e-mail, it opens up/saves it as a Note window -- which not
only misclassifies it, but also seems befreft of interesting information.
This should be a really easy link to make, both in the underlying
architecture and for the user. Am I missing something? The History function
seems very rigid and uneditable (I had a similar problem trying to log a
phone call from a prior time -- this thing requires you be at your computer
and remember to start a stopwatch to log a phone call -- I'm not a
telemarketer!).
