Add Priority Field in Issues & Risk

Hi,
I want to add a New Field Priority in the Issues & Risks. Is it possible?
It could be a plain value like 1,2,30 or if possible then a dropdownlist
having values like Low, Medium, High.

Any help will be highly appreciated
