Add project resource

Hi All,

I want to add a resource from resource pool (enterprise resource) to my
project. I tried to add the resource to the ProjectResource table with the
enterprise resource UID, but when call QueueAddToProject recieved an error
tell me thats the resource UID is not valid. I also set
RES_IS_ENTERPRISE_RESOURCE to true.
Should I add the assignment to project to the ResourceAssignment? And how to
do so?
